Replace hardcoded
v4.3references with theDATA_VERSIONvariable in meta_model download operations across hello_numerai, feature_neutralization, and target_ensemble notebooks.I also removed
round_num=842since it was hardcoded. Let me know if this should be kept or updated instead.
